  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters.   Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean. The beds were very comfy. A no frills hotel. - The staff couldn't do enough, the hotel was clean and the breakfasts were lovely.

  The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.
