Almost everything...very comfortable bed.... Very clean- Location superb- Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying. Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland!. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, as were staff in cafeteria. Probably the best hotel I've stayed at in the Paddington area, and I've stayed at over 20 in last 15 years.
所有评语 » Liked everything about this hotel. I've stayed here for 4 days and the room was very comfortable, the shower was hot, the beds were amazing and the location is far beyond great. Very handy for Paddington Station, was given a nice quiet room out the back of the hotel, as requested. Very clean bathroom, comfy bed. Small room, but perfect for a night out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast of cereal and toast in the morning. Staff were friendly and it was in a ideal location for a city break to london. Very clean and modern hotel, good size double room. Easy walk from Paddington main line, Tube stations and main bus routes. loacl area has pleanty of restaurantes and pubs. Location, staff, small but neat room, decent lift (to 4th floor). Friendly. Very clean. Room was very comfortable, small but perfectly well laid out. Clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located and rooms are quite comfortable for London standards. There was a European socket Room is small but ok - just what you need to sleep. Pillows need an underslip for hygeine..this is very important! Please note this Nayland! Beds need decent duvets and simle white All cotton covers....this would make a huge difference.Also,the heating should be switched on in the rooms much earlier...and guests should not have to request this.But these are my only gripes. Room slightly narrow, no coffee and tea facility. Breakfast was a little moderate, but that's all. Nothing really. The fact that I couldn't control my own room heating was a negative, but nothing major. Didn't change my towels. (but only stayed 2 nights). N/A. Breakfast was poor IMO (tray of meat(spam like)), cheese one type of each), 3 x cereals, brown and white bread, toaster - no yoghurt, fresh fruit, not as good as I am used to. Room was a bit hot and on the top floor there is a ledge running the length of the building so didn't want to leave window open overnight. No tea/coffee in room but drinks available at low cost in small bar area. Breakfast fare was very simple, this could be better. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied and the breakfast offerings could have been a bit better - there was only boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cereal, no fruit or yoghurt. The breakfast!!!. The automatic toaster was not functioning. The tea and the coffee you were not able to distinguish the difference. Choice was really limited!. poor breakfast ,wi-fi not free. Room was right on main road so it was noisy all night (206) - had it been summer time it would have been even noisier with the window open. Shower kept going hot and cold. Breakfast was ok but the ingredients were the cheapest possible eg cordial instead of juice; sweet, tasteless jam - also very little choice. Bed was small double. Good enough for us. the room was very tiny for twin bed.. no space for the luggages in the room no tissue in the room no network.. wc very tide. Rooms were on the small side but ok for one or two night stat. Breakfast was poor but there's plenty of cafes in the area. No electronic kettle in the room. No free wifi. expensive and poor breakfast. -no screens on windows. having to take out phones down to reception to have them charged was a bit of a nuisance because the sockets on the walls in the room were to low, they were almost on the dressing table. In saying this staff said they had no problem to charge our phones. Breakfast room a bit on the cramped side, get there early!. The charge for Wi-Fi is way too expensive and ridiculous. There are plenty of hotels nearby (or even Paddington Station) where you can get it free! The hotel is only a couple of blocks from Paddington Station, so the neighborhood is busy. If you're a light sleeper this might not be the place for you, because you'll need to sleep with your window open during warm weather and there's a lot of traffic and activity happening that will keep you awake. The breakfast room was very small, breakfast service and its content was poor. No tea making facilities in the rooms!!!!. The breakfast was to little no chose. The breakfast was poor - only cheese and some sort of meat, bread, boiled eggs and cereals. Orange juice was like water. We had a front bedroom, the noise from the traffic was awful, the windows should be double glazed. Room to small. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Shower/bathroom was a bit small. central heating noise. Breakfast is rather poor. poor breakfast for 4* hotel, no teapot in the room. Room on small side. Room a little small, no free wifi. Hotel was too hot. However I was able to open a window and turn my radiator off to keep my room cool. The receptionist during check-in insisted to collect the whole amount of money and refused to subtract the authorization amount of money and she did not give me the statement that includes the vat that allows me to retrieve my taxes in the airport. Have to pay for WIFI connection in local currency and I did not have any, so no connection. Room was a little small, no tea & coffee facilities in the room and breakfast was ordinary. No fan, if it's hot. No facilities to make tea/coffee in the room. small bedroom , small shower , no view, when you look outside the window you see a dirty wall. Nothing particularly negative. But free wifi would have been good. No air conditioning or double glazed windows. Therefore with windows open your sleep is severely impacted by the very busy traffic on Sussex Gardens. Not recommended for light sleepers. Internet is against payment and it barely works Breakfast has very small choice. Family room = 2 double beds not really appropriate for ages of children. Breakfast very basic. Old Tissue found under bed. Very noisy room next to cleaners cupboard and underneath lobby.(woken about 7 each morning) Bar not open after 11. No tea or coffee in room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned every day with twells not changed.
