Very friendly staff, good value for the price.the fact that there were no problems, despite me arriving late night, but everything was just in order. Very cheap and friendly. The low price and location were the best things about the hotel. room was very nice bathroom was spacious and very clean voucher for dinner at pub excellent location excellent for shopping breakfast was continental there was lots of various foods yoghurt/croisants/fruit/jam/choc/butter/cereal etc and a pint of milk instead of those silly little cartons. 所有 评语 »
Staff friendly. Excellent location. Great having breakfast in the fridge in the room. That meant you could eat when you like and not have a stipulated time. Good location, staff, halfboard. clean good value. Location. The owner/manager was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her storing our bags after check-out so we could do a little roaming before a long flight. The continental breakfast was ample enough to start the day. The location is great: about 10 - 12 min. walk from Paddington with 2 tube stops nearby, and Hyde Park is about a 15 min. walk. Plenty of food and shopping options around. very basic, but very clean manager very friendly a great base to stay while touring london would use again. four poster bed, stocked fridge in room included in the price, dinner at local pub included in the price. Close to edgware road underground, staff were polite and helpful.only the working staff. Clean, quiet room. Location of the hotel - quite near the center of London. Very close to tube stations, quiet and inexpensive. A fridge in the room contained the continental breakfast which was okay. When I pointed out my disappointment at no cooked breakfast (see comment below), I was given a complimentary dinner voucher for use at a nearby pub. The room is bright with a very big window.Location of the Hotel. Located in the center, easy access through Metro and Bus. breakfast and nice receptionist. taht it was near the Hyde Park. central location. clean only. Good location. Staff is friendly. the location was good. Nice staff, good distance to Oxford, Paddington, Marbel Arch etc. 4 poster bed was a surprise. night staff were helpful.location is convenient to all transport. the room itself wasnt too bad .... abit small but not to bad. Not a lot. Not too keen on continental breakfast but can't complain for the price.the room needed curtains it had blinds but they still let light through and i dont think it has double glazing may be a reason for that but it was noisy could hear people talking traffic noise the only thing that let it down really. The ensuite facility was a tiny weeny too small but you could still make do which was fine for us. bathroom needs revamp. Noise. London's expensive. Period. Any place offering anything beyond the bare basics will cost plenty. Cecil Court is fine for a layover of 1 night. If staying in London for longer - or if it's a 1st visit that you'll really want to be memorable - perhaps check into other options. (But if you wind up at Cecil Court, the reception and location may make up for the bathroom's size and room views.). shower was tiny and soaked bathroom. Not enough room in the bathroom. no lift,no internet facilities, rooms are very small, toilet also very very small. too small shower area!!. The room and WC/shower sizes. They are microscopic!. The hotel's own website suggested that a cooked breakfast was included and showed a picture of the dining room - neither existed!!! Also, the room was very small with an ensuite that was a very tight integrated cubicle in the corner of the room. It's so close to a very busy road junction that the traffic noise is very disturbing during the night. The bathroom is too small and there isn't much space (table) for having breakfast in the room.Shared Bathroom on the top floor. If you are used to travelling by ship, you will find room no5 (in which we stayed) familiar. It must have the smallest bathroom ever build. Also it is one of the smallest hotel rooms in London. Our friends stayed in room 15 and it was quite OK.after leaving hotel . I got some rash on both of my arms and legs. the lining was not clean at all....... the price, it is extremely expensive for what it really is.limited car parking . v cramped. room is so simple and no air. there were stains on the duvets, we were in the basement and our view out of the window was of old broken beds and rubbish...indeed my son saw a big black hamster with a tail in the rubbish yard that he wanted to go out and play with. there were no staff that we could see at night and our sons bed was right next to the door, which was just on a latch, so my son slept with me. Location not as good an area as I imagined. small room, bathroom. Room, toilet and shower are microscopics! Breakfast on the bad since the table is occupied by refrigerator and no one chair in the room. Good for one-night stop only!. needed modernising new windows and painting. The web site gave a totaly wrong picture of the hotel. It was not at all that great. It was worn down and in desperate use of a renovation. Im not at all satisfied with it. The "continental breakfast" was some bread and butter in the refrigerator. I'm mostly disappointed with the fact that the hotel looked really nice on the web site and totally different in reality. That’s lying to customers!. had to ask for cups, tea bags and coffee. staff were not very quick to check us in more interested in making phone calls. did not think much of the place they asked us to visit 3 streets away for evening meal. did not even bother to go inside. The bedroom and bathroom were very dated and did not look particularly clean. This was more due to the age of the fixtures and fittings.the woman who works at the reception was not helpful with bad attitude; the hotel bath room and toilet was too shabby; no hot breakfast in the morning, all cold food in the fridge. Very bad hotel. the bathroom was a disgrace, very noisy due to the gap in the windows, all communal areas of hotel need some attention, the breakfast was very basic and the door lock was faulty. TOO SMALL. nO ONE THERE WHEN WE BOOKED IN. nO DINING ROOM. pATHETIC BREAKFAST.the sheets were filthy, the service was lax,. The sheets and duvet cover were stained, the room was too small, the curtains were filthy and didnt fit the windows properly. The fridge was very noisy. When i went to check in they had already debited my Credit Card. The somerfield croissants (not even taken out of their packaging). there were pornagraphic pictures in the room which were for sale.
