  These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Excellent customer service overall.   Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. My husband and I stayed with our granddaughters aged 3 and 7) We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren. The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

  It is not far from the city center and the harbourside (everything is so nice!) and it is close to the bus station and the shopping quarter and cinemas.   We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money. Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service. The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable. Bathroom is again a tight fit though adequate with l - My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

  very quiet place to stay - not far at all to Cabot shopping centre and the restaurants (and other places of interest)! Easy to just park the car in Cabot Circus and leave it for the weekend without the worry of parking tickets etc...
