The welcome and the staff were excellent, very helpful, efficient and friendly.The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean and of a good size although somewhat cool. As it was 5C outside they could have been warmer. The bed was very comfortable. The free WiFi, only in the lobby, shame not in rooms, and free parking is a very good feature. The location is excellent for the town centre and travel. The food in the Chop House was of a very high standard and reasonably priced, couldn't fault it. Stra.
所有评语 » Excellent hotel - given the budget room price, wasn't expecting too much, but a very well-presented hotel. Room was large and comfortable, good bed. Staff helpful and professional, good bar and restaurant. Very convenient location for shopping in particular - across the road from the Cabot Circus shopping centre and the rest of Bristol's main shopping district. Cinema, restaurants etc all very close. Train station 10 minutes' walk. All in all, a pleasant surprise, would definitely recommend thi. Excellent location. The room was really clean and well kitted out. We had a double/double room which was very spacious, Beds extremely comfortable. Even though it was right in the centre of Bristol (and we were on the busy road side) the room was very well soundproofed and quiet. Parking was another plus - leave your car in Cabot Circus which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and free for hotel guests. All in all a brilliant place to stay in Bristol. The location very near to shops and to the main road into Bristol. The easy and unlimited availability of free parking. (For a reasonably fit traveller with some time to spare, it is quite possible to visit all parts of the city centre by walking from the hotel, thus saving oneself the stress of inner city driving and the expense of other parking options.) The size of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous... The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though it faced the busy main road... I was there for a 2 day course and it was very convenient as the course was in the hotel conference room... The shopping complex across the road was brilliant for those who like to shop... A very pleasant stay. The staff seem happy at their work and the rooms were clean and the furnature and fittings were new. Location was great, right by the Cabot center and the fact that the car parking was paid by the hotel is a great selling point. I've stayed at many hotels that are more expensive than Future but not anywhere near as good. I'll definitely use them again. I booked this place last minute and what VFM i got! Clean, contemporary, pleasant staff and somewhere to park! Although not 'on site' the car park is literally a stones throw/2 minute walk from the hotel......and free if you remember to get your ticket swiped at reception! Great bar/restaurant that caters for everything. The two big double beds in our twin room which were super comfy, the nice man at reception who fetched us two glasses of iced water when we were thirsty in the middle of the night, the free parking that was valid for the entire day once we had checked out, being so close to Cabot Circus shopping centre. It's all about location. Hotel is not the best also not the worst, we never used any facilities only the room. Restaurants and bars are all within 10 minutes walking, can't understand people using hotel bars and restaurants knowing you pay a lot dearer for less and then complaining. Motivated and enthusiastic staff, yet still very courteous to a business customer. Roomy accommodation, very good shower room, more than enough toiletries. Quiet, comfortable, well located. The hotel punches your parking ticket from the multi-storey so you get 24-hour free parking. Pleasantly surprised and would go back. The booking was for a special occassion for our Mum. The enterance was clean and tidy,we had tea in the reastaurant before we went to our rooms which where ready a hour before hand. The rooms where clean and comfortable, Mum loved it and so did we as she was so relaxed. We had low expectations of this budget hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Very modern room with a free bottle of water, two doubles in the family room rather than a sofa bed, nice touches like the steam free mirror in the bathroom, good shower, free parking. The hotel is located very close to the retail hub of Bristol and as such is a great stop over for some retail therapy. The multi-storey car park is included in the price of accommodation. Staff are helpful and efficient, rooms are very clean and well equioed. Decent size family rooms, well maintained and friendly staff and although no private hotel parking (public parking at Cabot Circus shopping centre) the hotel covers parking charges (3 days worth in out case). Great access for Cabot Circus shopping centre. Style, roomy, clean lines, attractive decor, particularly in the "Chophouse" restaurant, which has a lovely ambience; its staff were pleasant, thoughtful and attentive; if a not extensive menu, there was a good range, and what we had was very tasty. The car park is very close to the hotel and the city is easy accessible by foot or bus. Convenience for shopping facilities. Excellent room - clean and well equipped. Facilities for leaving luggage before/after check out. Didn't use the restaurant/bar but they looked popular judging by the number of people using this facility. Free car park next door is a bonus. Opposite Caboot Circus for those who love shopping. A 10 minute walk to the river to catch a river ferry (thanks to Kim in reception for pointing it out) which takes you into the centre / as Great Britain. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, location was fantastic, rooms felt as though we were in a much more expensive hotel, car parking easy and free! Absolutely everything about our stay was excellent, and we'll definitely be back. very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Free car parking - this swung the choice for me as other hotels nearby have expensive charges for parking. Tv remote was missing on arrival, but quickly replaced without fuss-excellent. Very very economical, rooms good with comfy beds. Quiet location but with central location right opposite shopping mall. Easy access to parking and free! The hotel is in a great spot for Cabot Circus shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room was of a high standard. I would certainly return to stay here and would have no hesitation in recommending. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I had all the facilities that I needed easily to hand. If you want a modern, clean, good value location in central Bristol for shopping then this is the best option. The hotel is located next to Cabot Circus and Broadmead. Free car parking (2 mins walk). Free parking at Cabot Circus Car park was a REAL bonus. Very quiet hotel despite the central location. Room was cleaned every day and complementary toiletries left. The Future Inn is the ideal place to stay if you're visiting Bristol city center. Clean, comfortable and the free parking is a real bonus. We've used it several time now and will again. Air conditioning in the room was adjustable so room was cool despite the heatwave. Hotel is very convenient and car parking in the adjacent multi- storey is easy (and free of charge!). The location for the hotel was excellent with the shops literally on your doorstep! Perfect for our weekend shopping trip. Our room was clean and spacious and great value for money. The individual heating system, which made a sleep disturbing noise, in the room was ineffectual. One slight anomaly, nothing major, was that there was a master switch for the lighting at the main door and on one side of the bed. No control for separate reading lamps on either side of the bed. Bathroom a little 'pokey' but the room in the shower was fine. Getting out of Bristol at rush hour!!!. Some of the chairs in the foyer/lounge bar were a bit grubby and this is a pity because on first appearances, they don't give a true reflection of the high quality of this hotel. The vending machine didn't work so had to go to reception for a drink. 21st century and no free WiFi in rooms, come on move forward. Breakfast was okay but its quality didn't quite match the rest of my stay. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the key card operated all the electrics; as we had young children, usually when they go to bed whilst staying in a hotel we have a little side light on so my husband and I could see but this was impossible so we either had to have all lights on or off which we had all off as they wouldn't go to sleep! And use my phone as a torch! That's the only thing. outside appearance of hotel, ugly 60s block covered in scaffolding but nothing to dislike about our stay. Can't think of anything. Nothing at all. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing really. We have stayed at Future Inns in the past and find them good value and very convenient for city breaks. Nothing really. Location if I'm being picky isn't ideal being on a dual carriageway but noise wasn't an issue and other hotels are closer to what I see as the heart of the city, around the river Avon but a pleasant 20 minute walk through Castle Park again wasn't an issue. Not a dislike as much as a suggestion: a few more teabags in the room, and what about a simple shoe cleaning pack?. No negatives. The member of staff on reception who stored our luggage on arrival didn't ask for any I.D. or give us any luggage labels, despite asking. Subsequent staff members said this was not acceptable as they have a rigourous system for storage of luggage. Un-ironed bed linen !! I have never experienced that in any hotel I have ever stayed in before !. Thare was nothing to dislike!!. Very small bar area with limited range of drinks. Asked for a Pernod but had to make do with a Malibu but I enjoyed it anyway!!. A trouser press would have been useful and although free Wi Fi in public areas it was quite expensive in the bedroom. The tv in our room was faulty. We were having to ring reception a number of times per day. They kept on reseting the tv from the reception but it continued to be annoying whils watching a film. When we checked out I mentioned it again to the man on reception and all he said was sorry. No free wi-fi in the bedroom. The sofa bed in our room was made up, although the booking was only for 2, it got in the way, and we had to close it up. Our friends had booked a superior room (so dearer than ours) which was expected to have 2 double beds, but was exactly the same as ours, eg one bed and a made-up sofa bed. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Some house keeping issues in room. Dirty shower head and minor shower mould. Not asked about my stay/room on check out but everyone rushed so understandable. In-room Internet/media system a little complicated...more vegetarian options at breakfast would have been appreciated, such as sauteed mushrooms and vegetarian sausages. Minor issues--otherwise great!. There was some noise from the conference floor above one evening! I could hear furniture being moved around. My room was on the 5th floor. Breakfast was average and could have been warmer!. Noisy room heater, had to turn off while we slept, so was a little cold. Nothing not to like!. Bed was soft & a bit bouncy. OK for one person but would have been a pain if a couple. Despite a choice of 5 pillows, none were suitable. I think they had been cleaned or washed & some were lumpy. Shower head needs stripping or replacing. Water just dribbling out of one side. Nothing. Mattress was too soft. One of the towels was very warn all around the edges. Insufficient staff numbers to clear tables and replenish the food counter at breakfast time. Also, the breakfast room is arguably too small. Lifts a little slow but not a real complaint just picking. nothing!. Not much tea and milk on tea tray. Only one pkt of biscuits and bottle of water for two people. hard to get water in the kettle from the sink. It would be very helpful if you were told the car park name and and post code and that it was before the hotel then you wouldn't have to go all the way round the one way system again. Breakfast is extra and very expensive. On arrival for the first point of call I found the receptionist to be quite rude and with a miserable attitude! Not exactly a ray of sunshine and she shouldn't be doing that job if she doesn't like it!! Apart from grumpy pants at the front desk I couldn't fault the rest of the hotel stay. Suited our needs perfectly for the weekend. Would defiantly book there again . It was a shame that in a new hotel like this that previous occupants had managed to scuff what appeared to be shoe marks 4 feet up the walls!! The ECO lighting...ugghh...didn't provide enough light particularly bedside. Otherwise highly recommended. Very hard to find if you don't know Bristol - signage and directions could be better. Spent best part of a hour looking for it.
