  We arrived about 5ish to receive a very warm and friendly welcome from Sheila the receptionist, she was very helpful and it was a pleasant change to have someone so friendly greet you. the room was very clean and our 13yr old son was very impressed to have his own single bed ready made up for him in our room and not the sofa which he thought he w... 别人怎么说 » as sleeping on. After a very tiring day walking around the NEC we were directed to the Barn Beefeater restaurant/pub next door, where we enjoyed a lov - Plenty of car parking space. The room was large and fully functional - very clean. Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous. Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery. The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb.

  The couple at Northwick were soo welcoming and allowed us to check in early even rushing to get the room ready for us earlier than originally agreed. The bedroom was clean, very comfortable and private. The bathroom was lovely and if I'd had longer I'd have taken advantage of the spacious and inviting bath!
