We arrived about 5ish to receive a very warm and friendly welcome from Sheila the receptionist, she was very helpful and it was a pleasant change to have someone so friendly greet you. the room was very clean and our 13yr old son was very impressed to have his own single bed ready made up for him in our room and not the sofa which he thought he was sleeping on. After a very tiring day walking around the NEC we were directed to the Barn Beefeater restaurant/pub next door, where we enjoyed a lov.
所有评语 » Plenty of car parking space. The room was large and fully functional - very clean. Reception welcome and departure were very good - all staff were very courteous. Breakfast was lovely and nice to have a freshly cooked to order rather than a hot servery. The attached Beefeater restaurant was also superb. We were only there one night but found the staff to be very helpfull and friendly . Didn't expect such large room exactly what we see on telly . Comfortable and very clean as I am very particular . This is Mrs Powell by the way . Will definitely recommend at those prices . Beds very comfortable, breakfast ran over a good length of time, staff helpful for ordering taxis etc. Restaurant staff helpful and friendly. Nice relaxing place to stay in a nice location. Clean, efficient, well-worded eco-policy information. Staff very courteous. super quick check-out proceedure. Room immaculate, all facilites provided were clean and working. It was just off the motorway which was very convenient especially as we had ,had a long journey that day due to traffic. The lady on the front desk was very helpful. Location excellent and quite a surprise as it is very pretty and an interesting area to spend more than one night. They gave us a quiet room which we asked for. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The decoration was very tasteful and the whole building appeared to be well maintained and very clean. Everything from the booking with booking .com to the stay, and the friendly girl on the reception who let us check in early with no fuss.Thank you. Very nice food in the restaurant, great nights sleep, felt like we were the first people ever in the room it was so crisp and clean. does what it says on the tin. Our family room had a very large plasma screen on the wall which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all friendly and approachable. The accommodation was excellent value for money and extremely clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Rooms as always clean - does what is says on the tin!. Perhaps a couple more tea, coffee and milk sachets in the room. Found kettle awkward to handle as was facing wrong way round . Took a long time to get served at the bar even for just coffee or a juice. Actual room itself was dreadful! (no.79) built into the loft space above reception and had firedoor to first-floor corridoor right opposite. Noisy and poorly ventilated. Taxis stopping right underneath through night. The room was clean ,but was far too hot , even though we had an electric fan in the room it was still very hot 27 degrees and was difficult too sleep. We were given regular twin beds which were far too small for my husband who is 6 ft 4 ins tall - we thought we were getting a queen sized bed - king singles would have worked. They said they are an older hotel and their rooms do not cater for larger beds. Such a pity as we would have stayed there again. N/A. Nothing. Nothing, everything was great. Soulless - but that's a Premier Inn. We were happy with all aspects. We had to wait over half an hour from when we ordered our breakfast until it came. My children began to get really fed up. The resturant was fully booked. Noises floors upstairs. Only one sachet each of coffee in room.. Additional cost of a few extra would have been minimal. nothing. That the Restaurant was Not open. You advertise rooms from 29 pounds but the cheapest available is always 65 pounds not including breakfast or even a biscuit for morning tea. Your receptionist openly admitted there only a handful of 2 ound rooms across the country. It wasn't air conditioned so amongst other things the fan and the heat kept me up for three nights the sheets and bedding were not changed the whole time I was there and there were hairs in the bath not ours all in all money wasted on a horrible experience.
