A clean and tidy well presented room, and kind staff. Friendly atmosphere. friendly helpful staff, were very welcoming, close to all amenities. Pleasant, fresh bedroom. Helpful staff. The friendliness of the staff. freindly staff. the location was good, on the seafront. The bar was not open at all - we had to go to partner hotel. There wasno bed ready there for my daughter - had to ask even though it had beenbooked and confirmed. Staff were a bit disorganised.
