The proprietors kindly provided me with soya milk as previously requested and additionally, olive oil spread. My breakfast was cooked fresh as I arrived in the diding room. The proprietors passed on a telephone message from my wife. We stayed in room one, which has rear facing windows, so it was quiet at night. The staff gladly altered our breakfast to our liking. Nice room amenities. Len and Jo Jo were very nice. The Wife says "great choice honey".
所有评语 » The owner's were friendly, the staff polite and hardworking. The room was always clean and done each day. The breakfast was excellent with a varied choice. I cannot fault the hotel or the people. Thank you Len and Jo Jo. I love this place. The hotel is easily accessible from the ferry by bus or taxi. Len Carr is a fabulously interesting fellow and very accommodating. The breakfast is perfect. I would stay anytime and hope to again. Friendly, personal service from staff and management. I couldn't find a hostel on Isle of Mann, but the Adelphi was reasonably priced and I got my own room, en suite and TV with breakfast included. Friendly staff, flexibility on Breakfast times, cracking cooked breakfast, very clean, free Wifi. This was my 2nd visit to the Adelphi and will happily stay there again in the future. Flexibility, particularly regarding breakfast times, all facilities in room, friendliness and fast Wi-Fi connections. An excellent base for my week in the Isle of Man. Lovely small hotel, quiet room, not far from the centre/promenade, family-run, owner always stopped by for a chat, good value for money, would stay there again. The Adelphi was welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfy. The breakfasts kept us going all day. I would certainly go again. 1. Quality of the service. 2. Hygiene of the infrastructure. 3. Location of the hotel. 4. Food (Breakfirst). Value for money. The owner, Len, sense of humour. Great place to stay for exploring the whole Island. En-suite bathrooms are a bit tight, but for the price, I can live with that. Slightly out of town but there is a bus service so this didn't cause any problems. Some guests might require a lift, rooms are rather small. 1. Poor WiFi Signal. Having to leave!. stairs are a killer if you are needing a new hip. The sliding door to bathroom did not always stay shut. The 1in 2 hill to get to hotel. Bit of a hill to it. The hills of Douglas one had to walk up. not a thing. Not a friendly staff, my feeling was like they are expediting you. Small room and so so bathroom. Minimum breakfast. parking,cheap breakfast ingrediant'S .everything had been well used.watch the steps up to the front door!!. I paid for a double room,got a single room with a double bed.very uncomfortable. Nothing really.
