It was a pleasure to stay at the Manor Royal, Gatwick, Premier Inn. This was our first night in a Premier Inn and based on this we will certainly consider others in the chain in the future. It had a number of positives - even more striking given the excellent value price we paid to stay. These included: *Friendly and helpful staff. The staff were approachable and went the extra mile. Thanks to the reception staff for offering to post my last few postcards and the restaurant staff for excellent .
所有评语 » It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.The welcome on arrival and being shown how to check in. Everyone was very polite nothing to much trouble. Travelling alone can be quite unsettling but everyone put me ease. Everyone was so helpful from bar staff to restaurant staff. The food was was lovely. We had a little problem regarding parking facilities, reception staff spoke to the Mananger re our concern and he offered advice and help rectifying the problem almost right away, we were extremely grateful. Big Thank you to all the thoughtful staff that day. very clean and comfortable and nice decor amenities - all needed for a pleasant stay "bend over backwards" pleasant and helpful staff in hotel and restaurant spaciousness (double room) nice shower good food in restaurant reasonable distance to airport. We'd regularly pay up to 4 times more for a hotel room that wasn't up to the same standard. The room is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable and you could hear a pin drop. Amazing service for such an affordable amount. Keep up the good work!. I loved this hotel, the staff were really friendly, the room was lovely and there was a bus service offered from the front door (at a small cost) to take us back to Gatwick so we could train it into London. I highly recommend this place!. I was extremely impressed with the hotel, I regret not staying longer. the staff were great, the food was great and the rooms were very comfortable, I felt like home from the very start until I left. I would recommend there to anyone. Very convenient for gatwick airport. Very comfortable beds - best night's sleep we have ever had the night before travelling. Free parking next to the hotel (travelodges seem to charge for this now). Easy and friendly check in. Location was perfect for easy access to Gatwick Airport. Clean room and odorless which is a welcome change to the smell of cleaning products or cheap air freshener. It definitely served a purpose and will use this hotel again. you get more then what you pay for. brilliant comfy rooms> easy check in. great for staying in the night before you fly. great value for money. good location for gatwick busses pick you up from right outside hotel. Room was spacious and well looked after, clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and a delight, both in type of food and comfort of breakfast facilities. over all we were very impressed. Fast, easy check in with self service machine in the reception area. Clean and well presented room. No smell of cleaning products or must. Bed very comfortable. Perfect location for easy access to Gatwick Airport. It was very clean and the staff were great and the breakfast was good and important it was always topped up and our room was very clean and quite. My girlfriend said the bathroom was the cleanest she ever saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bed is very comfortable.The overview comments was excellent room, service at a very affordable price. I will definitely stay in Premier Inn chain in future. The service was amazing. The staff made me think I was important to them. The room had a bath tub and a shower. We had soft and hard pillows to choose from. The choice and quality of food was good. The staff were wonderful and my room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay there again on my next UK trip. Next time I will ensure I have more time to relax in the Premier. Served the stop over from Scotland purpose. Next time I will look at closer to the airport, because, when the taxi fare both ways are counted, the better option may be closer.??. Everything! I could live there! The breakfast was brilliant & when we arrived late at night the Bar had just closed but the very kind barman served us a drink. Really good hotel, especially for the price. The staff were outstanding, the hotel is comfortable and clean and offers a very good standard especially for the cost of the room. I have to eat gluten free food and the kitchen staff were very helpful and went out of their way to get food such as bread for me. The hotel was suitable for our 1 night stay. It was clean, very basic but ok for our needs before flying out early the next day. Staff were very nice and helpful ! Had a good night sleep in a clean and modern room. I can't think of anything we did not like about our stay at this establishment. It suited our purpose well - that is, a last night's accommodation close to Gatwick airport. I can't comment on its location for holidaying or visiting the area - although it was handy for a last morning visit to Hever Castle, before flying out. Cannot think of any negative. there was nothing I didn't like during my stay. Would have been great to get a shuttle bus from the airport. The one I got took over 40 mins to make a short trip. The stay was too short to have any dislikes. Baby cot not provided even though written in my requests and confirmed verbally with a member of reception staff in advance by telephone. my 3 year old son got a piece of plastic in his ice cream dessert and nearly choked. this didn t seem to bother staff when i complained and they just bought him out onother. Too be honest nothing. Not impressed with their restaurant-mistakes with my order. Things either didn't arrive or the wrong items were served. Need to learn how to make good coffee. Only 30 minutes free internet access. the receptionist called Caroline preferentially dealt with a man in front of me I had waited for three couples to book in and this man was trying to book in on lineand couldn'tso she ignored me when I had jumped into the available chair and was next in line I was very tired and disappointed. The breakfast menu did not have many options. I would prefer more. Food just a little overcooked, but that was only because we were eating at 10pm. Still tasty. Breakfast....Poached egg overcooked Orange juice made from concentrate. Mushrooms tasteless. Cheap bread. 'Family' room was a standard room with additional bed crammed in. Beds were comfortable and it suited our needs, but would not be acceptable for an extended stay. Nothing. I found the shuttle bus to and from the airport uncomfortable. The length of journey time described by the description of the hotel advert was misleading it was far longer. Fortunately we had loads of time but if one was restricted to time it could have caused a missed flight. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing to dislike. Nothing. perhaps having a bath rail vertical to assist with getting out of the bath - I had to hold onto the actual shower pipe - just a safety aspect. a not enough toiletrs in the bathroom. Hoppa bus not running when we returned late in the evening. Cab fare was reasonable though. No problems. I liked everything. faultless. As above. no complaints. Nothing. There is nothing to fault. The room only had 1 double when I booked 2. The staff quickly resolved though. They had no luggage carts and for an airport area hotel this was quite a mistake, there also was no one to help us with our luggage and it was really heavy and we ended up having to take trips back and forth from our room to the reception. Only one thing - getting taxi from Gatwick airport. The first time we used airport taxi (very expensive) but teh hotel gave us the name of the local taxi and we waited (after 3 phone calls!) one hour and a half for the taxi to arrive - not the fault of the hotel but perhaps it would be a good idea to find a better service.
