The staff at the market inn hotel could not be faulted the hotel was nice for what we wanted. We suffered a breakdown on the way down to the hotel and thought we wouldn't make it for our booking, we called the hotel to inform them and they were happy enough to alter the booking if necessary! On arrival the staff were lovely and even though we arrived after final serving of food the manager ensured we got a toastie and some chips which was nice! The food at the hotel was fantastic and worth t.
所有评语 » I liked that it was a small hotel, it was clean comfortable and the staff were very attentive,the food was excellent and good value for money, we stayed on a Sat & Sun night and although they tell you about the noise due to weekend events, we heard very little noise and our room was at the front of the hotel. Warm Scottish welcome on arrival. Very clean, comfortable large room. Excellent value for money breakfasts and evening meals. Could not fault this amazing hotel. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay and some fishing in your beautiful lochs. Return visitors to The Market Inn Hotel - exactly the same experience as earlier in the year - great Scottish welcome, great staff and great food. We will definitely be going back in the Spring of 2014. The room was ideal, staff very nice when we arrived we were offered a different room as our room was above the restaurant fan, we thought this was a nice and honest way to deal with customers. liked everything,,,we were made so welcome,would highly recomend this hotel..a big thank you to all the staff esp,,ian who made sure we were ok all times thanks...keri and alan manchester... All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and particularly the en-suite was really spacious. Also the late check-in was great after my train was cancelled for a few hours. If anything my only dislike was that the shower room was very cold despite having a radiator in it, there was a terrible draft coming from the window other than that a very pleasent stay. Nothing springs to mind. Liked everything. No heating in room and still cool late May. The rooms did not have soundproofing in the celling of the bar which could improve your stay as they have a disco Saturday night. No complaints at all... nothing. Nothing. You had to ask for hairdryer and no beer garden openedat night only one staff on in evening. The breakfast was small and not everything included, like haggis or blackpudding or tomato. The toast 1 slice each a bit stingy for 7.95. The orange juice was warm and it was warm weather. Beds collapsed and need replacing!. When regular cleaner away a bit sparse on cleaning duties. Only downside was the shower which was disappointingly below standard (didn't complain though as only there for one night). nothing to complain about. Nothing. Noise coming from juke box and patrons playing pool in function room below bedrooms. Needs some attention to detail in service etc.
