This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We first stayed here on a Groupon deal and didn't hesitate to return when we wanted a wee overnight treat for our 31st wedding anniversary. Breakfast as part of the deal was lovely. The hotel still manages to look and smell brand new. Ramada encore is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants although we dined in the restaurant within hotel itself. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything. I have been highly recommending it to all my friends and look forward to coming back again and again........
所有评语 » Excellent large room on the top floor overlooking the city. Modern wet-room style bathroom. Very close to the river walks and the Odyssey arena. A lively buzzing area. The bar looked good although I was working so didnt have time to use it. I was very surprised how good it was considering the price I paid for my room. We just spent one night here, as we were going to a concert in the Odyssey Arena. The hotel was ideally situated within walking distance to the arena. The reception staff were very friendly & pleasant. We had a light snack in the hotel bar prior to the concert, which was good value & served promptly,. My fourth time staying there. Great value for a city stay. Ate twice in restaurant and both times very good. Staff friendly in every section. Girl on reception allowed us to stay in room till noon. Checkout is at 11 am which is too early for me. Breakfast great value at at £10 sterling for two. The bed was incredibly comfortable, put the 5* hotel we stayed at the night before to shame! Very modern, homely, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The lady on the front desk on the Saturday morning took our bags hours before check in and stored them for us. Excellent service!. We were staying as were my mum and dad for their surprise birthday party. The room we had the party in was fantastic, staff looked after us from the minute we checked in until we left. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, would def recommend and come back. Everything! We were in Belfast for a concert at The Odyssey.the hotel is about a 15 min walk from it. The hotel is brilliant value for money.lovely spacious room and spotleesly clean.close to the city centre and the airport bus stops nearby. I liked everything. The room was well made, I was well informed about the hotel and it's facilities and the staff were brilliant: polite, friendly and you just felt satisfied by the end of it all. Brilliant hotel!. We had a lovely evening unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat in the hotel but the menu looked nice. All the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Good value for money. The TV did not work and they compensated us with a complementary breakfast, that was very nice from the reception desk personnel. Quite busy night life in the bar downstairs. Thee room was very clean, and very nice, with laminate floor. Very spacious as well. We got a very good price for the room (we were probably lucky), and so it was an excellent value for money. Staff were fab! Very friendly and very accommodating! Food was fantastic! We relaxed, great location for shopping and odessay. Management -down to earth and helped the staff. Will return. I've stayed before on business at the Odyssey Arena. Great location for the Titanic area and the city. Good buffet breakfast. Very good value if you stay midweek. Good wetroom bathroom. Great location, very central and easy walking distance to main city centre areas. And GREAT location if you're going to the Belsonic concerts in August. Hotel is a stone's throw away!. My self and my wife stayed for the first time in the Ramada Encore Belfast we norm stay other side of Belfast staff was very nice food also very nice we deff be back to this hotel .. The location was excellent. Most staff were excellent, we did not use the restaurant so cant comment. Bar was good. Car Parking facilities, although you had to pay, were excellent. free water, crisps, etc - small gesture really appreciated to save going to vending machines & shops - in belfast alot for weekends out - will defo use this hotel again. Excellent staff! Do your best to keep hold of them. Comfortable rooms and a good location, I came off the motorway and was practically there, no driving through the city. The beds very comfortable slept to well room. Nice decore modern looking shower bathroom very nice for a young couple or buissnes travler all around a classy place. The design of the hotel was great. A real modern design. The staff were really friendly as if I had been staying there for a long time. Really top notch service. Love staying at the Ramada Encore, Rooms spacious, comfortable beds, hairdryer included for convenience, but especially love the walk in shower. It was quiet. Bathroom facilities were very good. I can't think of a bad thing to say about it and have already recommended it to several people. Lack of parking...tho the on road parking across from the hotel was free after 6pm. Tv was quite limited, also never impressed with hotels that don't offer free wifi. Was a bit noisy the night we stayed. The only thing that was bad was the cold foyer. But that couldn't be helped as it was a bad night weather wise. Upon arrival there was only one person at the reception, which was really busy and it took quite a while to check us in. Some of the staff were not very friendly, but not rude either, and they proved helpful. The fact we had to leave!. No aircon in the bedroom, and we were there during the heatwave. But the bed was comfortable and we managed to sleep. We were unfortuate to have selfish loud people moving in the corridor in the early hours of the morning on each of the nights we stayed. Not much the hotel could do to stop this , more a sign of the times we live in. What ever happened to good old fashioned manners and consideration for others. I cannot think of anything negative. Not to Much I would have to think about it. Bus was parked outside the door - no set down. More info on hotel parking. i found the price of service tray to receive room service was way too expensive. love everything about this hotel. It would benefit from airconditioning and also being able to open the window. Function room is underneath bedrooms on first floor, not great for sightseers that are up early. No view from our room but at least it was quiet!. would have liked more pillows. The £10 charge for the connection to the internet. Barman on Thursday night was a waste of time....he was so slow that the hotel was losing business as customers got fed up waiting to be served and left. No free or discounted parking, residents/visitors doing office work in restaurant ,bar area (laptops). But did not see residents lounge area.for the foregoing!. Room key didn't operate, not too fussed on the laminate floor......cold on your feet and felt a bit dusty as these things can, although it was clean. I did not like not having wifi freely available without paying a hefty charge. In 2013 it's a bit like having to pay for water in the tap. Subsequently for food and drink we went to other local establishments that did not charge for this service. none. No or poor air conditioning - to be fair it was exceptionally warm weather, but the heat in the room made it difficult to sleep One lightbulb in bathroom vanity not working. Was ignored by barman and barmaid who seemed more interested in customer charging drinks to his room. Nothing. Brilliant hotel and staff view was awful but we basically only slept in the hotel. Twin beds for a couple £63 a little pricey for just bed. Drinks prices were a bit on the high side. The opennes of the bar/resteraunt can make it seem cold and noisey. Really over priced for just me and my 9year old daughter!! No biscuits in the room!!!.
