The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep. The turndown service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. really enjoyed my stay and would difinately stay again.

We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. I'm getting engaged soon and I'm seriously considering using your hotel for the occasion. Thank you and all your staff for such a memorial experience. You have a great team of people, MD. From the moment we arrived until we left we were looked after superbly. The staff are professional and well trained, nothing is a problem to them. The room was upgraded for us for our anniversary which was a really nice touch. We cant wait for another special occassion to spoil ourselves. Loved everything about our stay! Best hotel I have ever stayed in from the staff through to the rooms. Excellent 1st class experience. We were treated like a king & queen from arrival. Could not have asked for anything more. Everything was fantastic. We went for our wedding anniversary and it was absolute luxury. Would definitely love to go back again sometime. The staff, rooms, food etc. were all as you would expect from a 5* hotel. Friendliness and professionalism of all staff - always remembered our names. Attention to detail in absolutely everything Fabulous food Must be the best hotel in Belfast Room decor to die for. The staff were amazing. Everyone treated us with very high standards. I have stayed in the Waldorf Astoria towers in NYC and and it does not even compare to the Dorchester. A big thank you to the member of staff who noticed that my car had a puncture and kindly changed the wheel. Very much appreciated. Very enjoyable stay and great location. How we were treated, it was like something i have never experience before. Everything about that hotel is amazing. We will be back. I was pleased with every aspect of our stay. It was nice to be upgraded and the little xtras of chocs etc. was much appreciated. Sorry there was one thing, you were to busy to fit us in for afternoon tea, but never mind. Great time, thank you. Absolutely nothing!. There was no bad points about our stay. nothing. Very very little. A swimming pool would be nice but space for it might be a problem. I expect a beautiful hotel to be expensive and it was. Parking was over $35! a bit excessive, we thought. Also, the beautiful room had no place for a second suitcase--put it in the corner on the floor--inconvenient (maybe a second rack should be provided). There was nothing we found fault with. We would have liked to have seen the roof garden but probably the wrong time of year for this!. If I have to find something? The room service wine at nearly 30 quid a bottle for everyday wine. Stonleigh Sauvignon Blanc for example. Does not apply to this hotel. To be given the option of a modern or traditional room. Only if available. Breakfast - as a coffee lover it was too strong and bitter. The vegetarian Irish breakfast was too bread based and muffins burnt. Toast should come with hot breakfast. The noise from a bar and their customers outside was unacceptable after 11pm and not at all wanted on a 'relaxing' break. Roof top garden and bar closed,available to hire for group's only. A little pricey!!. Nothing. Expensive for drinks in the bar. There was nothing to dislike. No free parking. Room presentation could be better.
