  I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful. They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee. They got me the parking bay. Reception, even though we were the only ones checking in at that moment, gave us a double instead of twin. Had to come down again to reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend Aberdeen to other travellers. No reason not to.

  arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. As breakfast didn't start until 8 the receptionist ensured there were 2 takeaway breakfasts available so my daughters were still able to eat before their competition.
