I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful.
They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee.
They got me the parking bay.
The next night the same happened the staff had put cones

Breakfast staff very pleasant and also evening staff in restaurant very
nice. Reception, even though we were the only ones checking in at that
moment, gave us a double instead of twin. Had to come down again to
reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend
Aberdeen to other travellers. No reason not to.

confort - The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Nice powerful shower, not too much noise outside, very pleasant. Staff very nice, professional, friendly. - the freindliness of the staff, a very helpful manager, the cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding areas and the ease to get in and out of town

Quiet location with open country views but on outskirts of city only 5 - 10 minutes from centre where shopping facilities are excellent.
Rooms recently refurbished so very well presented and maintained to high standard of cleanliness. Very good restaurant. -

The Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was welcoming and you felt you had come home to a nice meal at night in a well serviced place. It was not as cheap as we might have liked but the value was there. -

Staff, food, and facilities were excellent; they even prepared a bowl of porridge to my requirements. It was the little things that were really appreciated, ice/water dispensing machine in hallway, hairdryer and iron available without having to ask and wait our turn, extra pillows and blankets packaged in room and the fact that the hotel is an integrated part of the shopping /travel centre.

The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.

Getting to the hotel is very easy if you coming my air then take 727 stagecoach till union square or broad street and the hotel is in front of you and if you coming by train walk 250 meter towards the harbor everything is centrally located if you book ibis union square trust me it is a good deal. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were visiting as daughters had a competition for which they had to arrive at 8am. As breakfast didn't start until 8 the receptionist ensured there were 2 takeaway breakfasts available so my daughters were still able to eat before their competition. Would recomend this premier inn. -

Everything was clean and tidy. If you want something more upmarket go elsewhere, but for a weekend base with or without kids it's great.

trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many
hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your
hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs. Did bit use spa but
