  It was our first time at this hotel even though we have been to Pollensa many times before and it was wonderful! They made me feel so welcome and as I was on my own nothing was too much trouble. Then even walked me to the bus stop to say goodbye when I left. Lovely stay and great location.

  Loved the facilities at the hotel, the gym was great and in door pool jacuzi, steam and sauna, outdoor pool very cold but refreshing. We used the bike storage which was very secure and hired bikes at the port. We didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but it looked good quality food we just enjoyed walking into the port.   The Uyal was away from the main resort bustle but an easy, flat stroll to the centre of things when we wanted the shops and restaurants etc. Local bus stops to Alcudia and Pollense Old Town were 100 meters from Uyal and cost 3Euros single, for 2 people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There was a variety of food to please everyone's taste. The room had free internet which was great. We never had problems finding a place to park that was close to the hotel. We also liked that it was a nice walk to the town center and there were all kinds of restaurants in the vicinity.

  Staff were ever so friendly. I was only bed and breakfast but the food was great. Room was lovely and it was very peaceful only a few mins walk to the lovely sandy beech.
