Nice hotel with reasonable size rooms and spacey balconies. Absolutely quiet location and close to the beaches. Choices at breakfast are o.k. - but they offer only supermarket products (no local specialities). Parking available in the streets nearby (at least in April). Good price-quality ratio at the time of our stay. Excellent service unequalled by any of the other accomodations that we used in Mallorca. Friendly staff and good opportunity for guests to interact in the pool area, bar area or terrace restaurant. The front desk were helpful with directions and arranging taxis or restaurant reservations.
所有评语 » Very good, quiet location next to the quieter stretch of Pine Walk if you know Port de Pollenca; excellent staff - capable, efficient and friendly. Good breakfast; comfortable single room-smallish, but with fridge, safe, air con, hairdryer- all the necessaries. Will definitely return!. Having returned home less than a week ago we have already booked to go back in September! Perfect quiet location. Relaxing atmosphere. Extremely accommodating staff who couldn't do enough for you. Overall a clean, bright warm quaint hotel. Can't think of a negative comment to make!. Lovely small hotel with perfect position just behind the pine walks. Very friendly and clean, great value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again. I would try to book room with balcony. l great location just at the rear of Pine Walk meant it was peaceful and relaxing. friendly helpful staff contributed to our enjoyable holiday. Good breakfast set us up for the day. lovely staff , can give you a different firmness of mattress on request great for people like me who like a soft bed . Great second line pine walk location ,quiet area. - Staff was very service minded and always met you with a smile - Hotel located close to the water front with a short walk (5 min) to the city centre. Only very slightly pricey - £390 for a double room for 4 nights, with only continental breakfast. Good choice for breakfast (this is not the issue at all), but maybe would be better value for money if a hot full breakfast was included?. Our first room 101 was poky and very noisy being on the landing at the top of the stairs. We were moved when we complained. No criticism. Breakfast. I would have liked hot eggs. Aircon was a bit weak. Beds could have been more comfy.
