  Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice - From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.

I immediately received a call advising me of the misplaced wallet. I received everything in good order, nobody had tampered with the contents.   For an overnight this was a good choice; our arrival was late afternoon into Durban and we were nervous about driving in the dark. It quickly falls dark around 18.00, apparently year round. Quiet,clean & comfortable with plenty of hot water & good helpful staff.
