The breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... 别人怎么说 » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect.   This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away.   Honestly say this is one of the best if not the best hotel I haver stayed in. Staff amazing, cinema for the kids, lazy leopard bar for great cocktails food and views, best hotel breakfast I have ever had and rooms to die for. Just amazing - Staff very friendly and efficient. Very good wine tasting with food pairing in restaurant.

  The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept. The internet worked just fine for us.   We stayed in the Penthouse Suite for 3 nights. The stunning view from our windows and balcony were spectacular and encompassed Table Mountain behind and the bay in front. The suite was comfortable and clean, with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge which was very useful for wine/water. I cannot offer sufficient praise for this property in a short review - it was - I like the stunning view, spacious sitting room and bed room with panoramic windows , extremely comfortable bed and pillows . The bathroom was spacious with whirlpool bath tub and separate show ear cubical and plenty of space to put toiletries and vanity stuff. Weighing machine was also available. the decor, quality of water supply and the cleanliness was superb . Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and comparative.
