The staff were great, just couldn't do enough for you and the hotel
itself is a great mix of the old original house and newly built annex
with lots of facilities, including a bar, jaccuzzi (if the weather
allows), good size pool etc.Breakfast is also of a high standard with an
excellent continental selection as well as choice of hot options. The
breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing
background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room

We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there.
The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept.
The internet worked just fine for us.
It is a little hike from long street and the water fronts but taxis are cheap or be adventurus and take the mini buses that the local folks take

Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.

I like the stunning view, spacious sitting room and bed room with panoramic windows , extremely comfortable bed and pillows . The bathroom was spacious with whirlpool bath tub and separate show ear cubical and plenty of space to put toiletries and vanity stuff. Weighing machine was also available. the decor, quality of water supply and the cleanliness was superb . Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and comparative. It was real pleasure to stay in tanzanite suit. I strongly recommend
