Room is big. Bed is very comfort. Breakfast have everything we need. Location is very strategic, right behind Grand Park Orchard. If you go on foot, The fastest way to get to the hotel is from Orchard road using the alley between Grand Park and the unfinished building beside it. Walk 15 steps and you arrive at the hotel. Tips : Better book the room with twin bed and if you need just put it together. Just unplug the telephone and the alarm clock cable and then remove the small table very easy. M.

Maybe the hotel was quiet but no noise from other guests on the floor, which I appreciated! awesome location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a fantastic bonus. I love how friendly and helpful the staffs was.. From reception to housekeeping. The Free wifi is also make us very comfortable. Its in the city and just beside Singapore City Mosque. The Breakfast is amazing and the staff claim all food are Halal.. liked eveything about the Hotel, location and staff. Breakfast was good and the mannerism of staff was excellent--ever helpful and friendly-- only understanding English by some staff sometimes was a small problem . A SMART new concept of hotel..very interesting. New hotel with wide flat screen and free internet connection.Walk distance to shopping center in Orchard Road and Mount Elizabeth for medical check up. I am a simple man used to the good things in life but not over the top. That's how I would describe your hotel. You ticked all my boxes including the big one Position! Position! Position!. Location! Location! Was excellent and very good service. We only stopped for two nights on our way back from Perth, Australia so this was perfect, right on the door step of Orchard Road. Location is perfect, few meters away from Paragon. Staffs are very helpful and freidnly. Cost wise also perfect. For sure I will come back to this hotel. Highly recommended hotel. Not that it woke us up, but across the road a new building is currently under construction, so during the day there was a bit of noise. We slept through to 9:30am without being disturbed!. No Gym or Swimming pool but its not that too necessary. We need to walk more than 100 meters for taxi as it rarely stops by the hotel entrance. Breakfast was just too basic and tasteless.. My shower faucet needs adjusting. None. The fact that there is no dinner option available. I had difficulty in finding a decent place to eat dinner near the hotel. Hidden charges when I booked in. Service charge and tax was added to my bill without asking and unless you have a credit card with you, you need to leave 200 dollars deposit. I know this is standard but some people may not. nothing. The facalities of the hotel especially the ironing area need to be improved. 2 ironing board to near to each other and one is too out and if rain it cannot be use at all. The height is ok but the floor need to be cover up ( maybe with vinyl sheet ) especially when ironing white color shirt or pant it will touches the floor which is dirty and have stained on it. everythink was very good but only view from room was minus because around this hotel are other big buildings. since it is an express hotel, the breakfast was tooooo limited (poridge, fried rice, choco danish and muffin). * No pool. - 2 in1 shampoo and shower bath - "fix" shower holder, you must hold the shower with one hand and rub/clean your body with another hand. The breakfast is so simple. A little improvement on the breakfast would make a big difference. I would have liked to have an onsite all day café, however sited on the location as it is, there are many food outlets within a minutes' walk. They gave me the wrong room at first. Had to change rooms. The new room they gave (room 915) smelled a bit musty. No taxi service from hotel, had to go to Paragon Mall. Kind of expensive And the same breakfast every day. construction right beside the hotel no nice view from hotel room. The price is high I dont like the bathroom's door that separated the shower room and the toilet. the narrow back to back seats in the breakfast corner. Depending of the room locations you might be affected by the construction works taking place close to the hotel. No gym or pool. Major minus for a business traveler. None. Room did not contain any info on hotel facilities and services. The emergency fire alarm at 3.00 in the morning because some idiot decides to smoke in his non smoking room. Too expensive Bathrooms walls are semi-transperant. No negatives. Location. Not very popular to taxi drivers yet. Food service is not available, except for that one in breakfast time. The taxi driver wasn't very familiar with the hotel because it's still new. He tooked me to the Holiday Inn City Center. I didn't get points for my priority club membership because I booked the hotel not through the IHG directly. I waited for about 15 minutes for checking in which is rather long compared to other hotels in Singapore. My room wasn't that sound proof. I could still hear voices from the mosque near by. We're at room 1301. We could hear the lift making noise. Poor breakfast!! Must have more varieties off food. Double payment. *bathroom, door is not properly sealed causing the water to spill out and making the vanity area slippery * bed sheets are a bit rough and itchy.
