The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are attentive, warm, helpful and friendly. I left my passport and some other things in the safe when I checked out and they emailed me the moment they realised that. I returned to the hotel to collect my things close to 11pm and was attended to immediately. Great service!
Expressemente on the lobby level is opened 24/7 so I can grab a coffee anytime of the day.
Great choice of restaurants near the hotel.
