The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Even though they couldn't guarantee early check in, when we arrived at 6am in the morning we were given early check in, which was great as we were travelling with young children. We were also given late check out which was a huge bonus. The location of these apartments is amazing, very central and right among the shopping. The apartments are spacious and filled with everything you made need. We were given a cot and high chair and a baby pack for .
所有评语 » We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly. Spacious apartment was excellent for a family with children. The apartment also had all the facilities and utilities one would need in a home. Very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Excellent location near Soctt's road and Orchard road intersection; perfect for shopping. The location is very good, easy to pick up taxi's and a short walk to Orchard MRT. The appartment is a good size and comfortable. Plenty of shopping for the girls. Absolutely loved our stay, Universal studios was amazing, enjoyed our accommodation extreamly friendly staff, would definitely stay again. Good location and enough space. the shopping and address. evrything. great pool, large 2 bed apartment, clean, access to Scotts Road / hotel front was difficult. Very Close to Orchard Rd and the Price. Location. Water pressure was great but hot water only lasted around thirty seconds, close to shopping. The apartments are a little outdated, but they were comfortable. There were ants in the kitchen. Nothing. When we arrived we were sent to the wrong room, which was not clean, but sorted out. The entrance being at the back of the building just adds a bit more of a walk. need some maintance done soon. the lifts. nothing. dated facility, poorly equipped gym with damaged/unusable equipment, rooms dated and require refurbishing, tiny insects and ants found in kitchen and dining areas, stinky kitchen. Very old and run down. Some of it was dirty (ie kitchen). View from room was a water treatment plant and old dirty air con units. Did not have my letsbookhotel.com reservation. Did not know I was coming. Pictures are not what hotel actually look like, not four star possibly only two star, run down and in need of work, NOT worth the amount charged and has no cancellation policy.
