  Superb hotel near the main Krakow centre yet only 20 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Staff were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to be with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had it not been for the knowledge and willingness of the staff we would not have been able to pack in so much in so little time.   The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   Very nice apartment with everything working and excellent facilities- friendly landlord who arranged drop off at airport for 70PLN. Close to city centre and away from any noise - the position is perfect 5 minutes walking from the plaza. The apartment is amazing with all kind of facilities. I strongly recommend it.

  It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines.
