  The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet.   The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us. Even plastic bags available.Fantastic s - The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented. Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas. Very good restaurant so near to Joel, as the family they recommended to us .

  Very nice apartment with everything working and excellent facilities- friendly landlord who arranged drop off at airport for 70PLN. Close to city centre and away from any noise - the position is perfect 5 minutes walking from the plaza. The apartment is amazing with all kind of facilities. I strongly recommend it.

  It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Also the apartment was in a great location, on a fairly main road less than a 10 min walk from the main market square but not right on the square which meant it wasn't too noisy. We were all really pleased with the apartment which w... wat mensen zeggen » as well maintained, nicely decorated and a great place for a group of friends to stay, as the 2 rooms had double doors which lead onto each other. The - Our trip to Poland was made all the more enjoyable by our visit to Krakow and our stay in this apartment. It offers comfort, views and a great location with easy access to the old historic town. The owners were great to deal with - very friendly and approachable and very attentive to our needs. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and modern. It contains everything you could possibly ask for. We highly recommend this outstanding accommodation to everyone.

  It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August. WiFi worked well. - The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. will definately stay at the hotel again when I go back next year!
