  The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet.   Superb hotel near the main Krakow centre yet only 20 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Staff were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to be with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had it not been for the knowledge and willingness of the staff we would not have been able to pack in so much in so little time. The room was quiet at the back of the building looking out on back gardens of neighbouring properties. Helpful and friendly staff with fantastic previsit assistance.. Conveniently and sufficiently centrally located. One of the most pleasant city places I have ever stayed in.

  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August.
