The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. ... 别人怎么说 » ave no hesitation in telling people to stay there. - The location is fantastic, central, and on the canal. The hotel was really lovely. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.
