  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News. The location is terrific! It is about a 15 minute walk with bags from the central train station and 60 feet from Dam Square. You would expect the area to be noisy but we never heard anything! And it's not a big chain hotel!

  The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes to central station and close to the red light district but not on top of it. The street where the hotel is located is full of restaurants and it is just off of Dam Square, which is great for shopping. - i was very happy to find it so clean and the staff were fantastic!

  Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host.
