He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants.   Let's start with the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. This hotel is located right on the main strip and close to restaurants, shoppes, the old town, etc.. It is very modern, clean and quiet (double paned doors block out most street noise). We thought the brea - This was my favorite hotel stay on our trip to Italy. Pepe and his staff were the best; professional, super friendly, I can't say more to express how warm and helpful they were. We had a wonderful room. It had all the amenities we needed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was more than wonderful. The location was spot on, right in the middle of town. It's all you could want and need for a lovely stay in Sorrento.

The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave.
