The two best things about this small hotel was the owner Ettore and the location. Ettore couldn't have been more helpful.I have never experienced any staff member at any place I have ever stayed who was more welcoming. Ettore was not intrusive but gave you all the information and advise about Sorrento and the surrounding area you could possibly need. We certainly didn't need to refer to any guide books while we were in his hotel. he was genuinly interested in how our day went and and did all he.
所有评语 » Ettore was a wonderful and thoughtful host that made our stay very enjoyable. He was tremendously helpful in answering any of our questions. He offered a great overview of things to see and do not only in Sorrento but on the Amalfi Coast. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to suggest some great restaurants. The B&B was in an excellent location (in old town) - walking distance to the ferry terminal, train station, shopping and restaurants. The accomodations were comfortabl. I have just arrived back from an amazing week away in Sorrento. Ettore the manager of the B&B is a fantastic guy, he was so helpful and told me some really good tips on how to get the best from my stay in Sorrento. The location is brilliant you are right in the centre, yet on a night its so quiet and I slept really well. My room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a decent sized bathroom. I would highly recommend this B&B and will defiantly be going back :). Excellent city centre location in the most picturesque pedestrianised street. The owner/manager, Ettore, was extremely helpful. He provided really useful local information and did everything posible to ensure that we had a comfortable and well-informed stay. We will definitely return to the Dolce Vita B&B. Ettore was the most wonderful and helpful host. The room was clean and comfortable and the location can not be beaten! We loved staying here and wished we could have stayed longer. Windows were double glazed and air conditioning was quiet so we slept well at night. It offered a very nice and charming atmosphere since it was located in the old part of the city, surrounded by interesting places to visit and shopping and eat as well. The owner was very friendly and thoughtful. We had a great stay there. We really liked Ettore and his helpful advice about sorrento. The location was excellent for getting to the restaurants of sorrento, the train station, as well as the sea. Ettore was friendly and helpful and I would recommend staying there and would go back. No breakfast provided as part of the room, but lots of lovely cafes and places nearby which Ettore recommended to us for breakfast and other meals. church bells early in morning. no lift.
