Hotel Mirabello was the best place we stayed at on our trip to Greece.Costas the owner was very welcoming and warm and he helped us a lot with tips about Crete.The hotel was very clean and the price really good.The location is great.We couldnt ask for a better place to stay and we will be back.... i really enjoyed my time at the mirabello. staff was polite, and very helpful. it was very easy fo find and approach (from the airport) the hotel. it was clean, friendly and cheap! am very happy that i chose the mirebello hotel, it was a great experience staying there.
所有评语 » The owner is very good about helping you with sightseeng around Heraklion and accomodating when I wished to go on to Chania. It was a pleasure to stay at a family-run hotel. Friendly, clean and a good value. I would highly recommend the Mirabello to others.Mirabello hotel is an ideal place to stay. We highly recommended it to everyone. Location, plus very friendly family staff.Welcoming and location. Location of the hotel is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would come back again. Was able to modify reservation very easily and the staff was particularly helpful.Space room and bath, completely renovated. friendly staff, central location. Great location, less than five minutes walk to the sea front and thebars and Venetian fortress there, and a similar distance to the bars andrestaurants on Lion Square. Less than 10 minutes to the bus station, soa great place for a brief stay for seeing Knossos and the Heraklionarchealogical museum. Also really friendly and helpful staff and nice,clean functional rooms. the day manager was very welcoming.We found the hotel to be very convenient for the bus station and the port. The staff were extremely helpful. Kostas even e-mailed me before our return to make sure we had a room. The hotel is very convenient for good restaurants in town. We enjoyed our short stay and would stay again. The staff were very friendly/helpful and the location is brilliant for access to the ferry and bus station. It was nice having a kettle in the room for a cup of tea in the morning--Thanks!. Basic but comfortable room, good air conditioning, good balcony, very helpful family staff, sound proof. Staff was very helpful. 2 minute walk to some great resturants.The location is ideal. It is perfectly situated near the port and closeto the center of town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Bathrooms were large and clean. Rooms were simple but clean. A great value for the money. Close to the port, August 25 street, garden and 10 minute walk to bus station.We had enjoyed our holiday. Location to port- but altogether nothing special, it was just a sto[over sleep stay for 1 night before we left for Chania. Staff was helpful with bus information as we checked in very late.The room was clean and comfortable near the centre of Hiraklion and the main street. The staff was friendly and helpful. This Hotel is in a very good location It is very easy to get to the port and the bus station. The only thing is theprice. 40Euros... A lot of money just to sleep and take a shower. Convenience of the location. the only thing i did not like that there was no air conditioning. the sink in the room smelt somewhat, but the room was still of excellent value for money and great location. plus the hotel had a lift.No it was fine, especially considering the price. The fact that there was not a/c in all of the rooms was a huge minus.The newly renovated rooms were much better though. The older bathroomssmelled musty but the newly renovated ones were great.It was a little hard to find, however as nothing is signed that well in Heraklion, this isn't the fault of the hotel. It can also be a bit noisy in the hotel. a bit noisy. The only one problem was that I didnt have air conditioning in the room which in Crete in summer is rather essential. But on their website they mention that some of the rooms do have air conditioning. So if you care about this I reccomend asking before you book. No air condition. When you open the window, the street is noisy, butit!s normal in mediterranean - motorcycles whole night:-) And, ofcourse, airplains take off there, but they must be heard in whole city,taht is not problem of hotel.for the orice that we paid it was bit expensive. Small rooms. A little noisy, a room on a higher floor might have been better. The rooms were very small and if you opened the windows it was very noisy. The room also smelt a bit smoky. The computer was very old and slow (better off paying an internet cafe which has better computers and they charge a lot less). I did not like the high prices to use any facilities and the high price of food and drink. I did not like that the extra beds were in what seemed like a cellar and there was nowhere to sit in the room. Loads of the staff were unfriendly. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. There was nowhere to get a snack as everything was closed. There was no fridge in the room (this is really unacceptable); the roomwas tiny (more of a single than a double); the fixtures and fittingswere tatty; there was no private balcony (contrary to what waspromised); the level of cleanliness was below par; frayed sheets; andboth the owner and concierge were rather unhelpful.
