They made us feel welcome, were kind and friendly and helped us in any way they could. The hotel was clean, comfortable and warm. very close to the port to catch the ferry in the morning. friendly staff, and very helpful.great location - handy to bus terminal. Big size of room and sea view.The staff let us check in early with no extra charges. Overall, the staff at Kronos is one of the best I have encountered in Greece.

Great location - 5-10minute walk to the port and bus station, about 10 minutes to the central square of Heraklio. It was really easy to catch the bus to Knossos from here. The managers were very nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. Some noise from the road at night, but I was able to sleep ok (I am very noise sensitive). Overall a great value for your money in the center of Heraklio.Stall very friendly, location was good for me, I arrived on bus from airport so 10 minute walk, departed from bus station another 10 minute walk. location close to old harbour and many restaurants nearby. only sayed one night, but was nice to have a walk around the town.Basic, clean and very good value for money. The toilet in the room did not flush and there was water leaking from a pipe which left the floor in the bathroom wet and slippy.I found it rather noisy in the evenings and at night. That room and others were noisy throughout both nights. The room was very basic for 55E, beds were hard, the fridge didn't work.
