  The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. My boyfriend and I (we are both 24yrs old) visited the hotel spa during our stay for a back massage which was lovely - I highly recommend.   Very clean, modern hotel - room a little small and a slightly strange shape but suited our purposes. Nice to have a pool. Staff quiet but helpful when asked. The best thing was the location - just a few minutes walk from the wonderful medieval city complex. - Large comfortable beds and bedrooms. Pool and terrace.
