  The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. My boyfriend and I (we are both 24yrs old) visited the hotel spa during our stay for a back massage which was lovely - I highly recommend. The breakfast - Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. Wonderful position so close to the old Cite, beautiful gardens and pool - you could sit on comfortable sofas on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening, overlooking the Citadel and watching people toil up the hill!   Very clean, modern hotel - room a little small and a slightly strange shape but suited our purposes. Nice to have a pool. Staff quiet but helpful when asked. The best thing was the location - just a few minutes walk from the wonderful medieval city complex. - Large comfortable beds and bedrooms. Pool and terrace. Close to the old city so easy 5 ... wat mensen zeggen » min walk walk up to old city. 5 min taxi ride 6 euros from main train station. They called us a taxi for departure.
