  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go. Plus, they were able to hold my luggage for the afternoon until the SkyS... 别人怎么说 » huttle picked me up. - I had an early appt at the Edmonton Clinic and live 3 hours away. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

  The owners- LOVELY! Super friendly and helpful. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, approachable and hospitable. The location. The exterior. Good location for walking the Bow river and climbing Tunnel Mountain. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

  The location - very near the Bow River and (just) slightly away from the central bustle of downtown Banff - was convenient and yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively reasonable. Ask for an upper floor room to get a better view of the mountains! - Great staff, location, comfort, and price. Rooms were clean (better than Chateau Canmore where I stayed previously)! Sorry I forgot to leave a tip as I was rushing out of there. Probably one of the best deals out there. Cheaper even than a few bed and breakfasts that I looked at. Melissa's (?) next door was a great location for breakfast (also good prices and staff). Great that parking is available. I would stay again for sure.
