The owners- LOVELY! Super friendly and helpful. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, approachable and hospitable. The location. The exterior. I love the 'character' and theming of the room but maybe not a big bear near your head as you sleep ;) Perfect if we were 10 years younger ie. best suited for travellers in their early 20s. Good location for Banff though the town is very 'touristy'. Good location for walking the Bow river and climbing Tunnel Mountain. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
