The staff were excellent and were able to provide us with google maps and directions to help us find our way. The breakfast buffet was good and plenty of parking. The train station was only a minute walk away and so was the stadium. Convenient location. Good free breakfast. Location close to Foothills Hospital. Convenient, clean, cost-effective. 10 min walk from shops clean room & bathroom nice and helpful staff breakfast ok enjoyed my stay.
所有评语 » The location was right for the venue we were attending. The breakfast was suitable to our taste. Good situation - near C-Train station staff friendly + helpfull. room was resonable size, and air conditioned. Price. Continental breakfast..front desk agent. Not really a complaint, more of a comment: The carpet in the room felt 'damp' like it had been cleaned earlier in the day, and room smelt pretty strongly of carpet cleaning. In fairness, we were so tired that we didn't mention this to the staff, so they didn't have the opportunity to do anything about this. Two telephone calls after falling asleep. Selection of TV chanels was very basic. not the greatest fan of continental breakfasts, but it was ok. the boiled eggs were cold so for those of you who like warm eggs then you might want to dip yours in some warm water for a while. i could hear next door talking through the walls but not that loud. We could not adjust the heating for our room. We did mention it to the front desk when we checked out. carpets not clean breakfast romm !! (lobby). air conditioner was very noisey, room was unclean, fridge handle was sticky, tv channels were very limited, we had to use toilet paper we had brought from home. Overall cleaniness of room was very poor. Shower curtain had grease finger prints on it. Very Poor. Rooms were to hot and didn't get a comfortable sleep. It rained badly and the roof broke. My remote for the TV did not work and they were unable to replace it during the 3 days I was there. There were no bowls for the cereal, had to use coffee cups. Hallway carpets were dirty. Misleading with three stars..pictures on website looked good but that was not how they accually were..did not have the room available that we purchased...the place was filthy but we had to stay cuz we already paid you. Noisy air conditioning. Hair on bathroom floor. Lumpy pillows need replacing. Pillowslip on extra pillow had yellow stains. Apples for breakfast were not washed and still had produce sticker on.
