Rooms clean and have usual amenities like towels, iron, hair drier. Neither great nor poor. Fair value for price. Handy to rapid transit. Quiet except for a small group of noisy guests in hall for a couple of minutes. Excellent staff who were more than accommodating to the variety of customers, ESP those who were disabled. Clean, quiet and well located. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Breakfast more than adequate.
所有评语 » Used the hotel as a start to go to the Rockies and found it excellently placed after flying in to the airport nearby. The metro station across the road made access to the city centre very easy. We liked the convenient location close to public transit (LRT station), as well as the free breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean, hallways were quiet and a very friendly staff. Very good breakfast Very friendly lady served the breakfast. Good price with breakfast. Comfortable. pool with waterslide. I liked the Staff: they were friendly and helpful. My check in and out was very efficient too. I also liked the very close proximity to the train, sait and major commuter roads. Price was right and it was located right beside a LRT station to take us down town. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It is a good hotel in general. I liked the breakfast and indoor pool. Good location. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Honestly, very little. Clean. Not much. It is convenient (across the road from a LRT station). Other than that this hotel has minimal to recommend it. This hotel was close to the amenities we were looking for. proximity to C train. Train terminal is across the street. Good location for me. Close to the venue. The location was across the tracks from the people we were visiting. nothing. Aging a bit, carpets in stair well especially need replacing. Turing in and out of parking spaces tight if driving pick-up truck. Nothing. Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bedside lamps did not work, the TV did not work. There were no curtains but just trapes at the window. Even during the day these had to be closed due to construction next door. Bathroom wall paper was in need of repair, one elevator made lots of noise going up to the 4th floor. I really "DID NOT APPRECIATE " paying about $6.00/day for a safe in the closet. I did not "ASK" do a safe so this I consider to be a sneaky way of "padding" the invoice. As a result of this I will not use Comfort inns in future unless absolutely necessary. I have never had thi charge added to my invoice at any other hotel. A little TLC needed, a little run down. wi-fi internet didn't work most of the time free breakfast ended at 9:30, we missed it, thought it was 10:00 a.m. :(. What I didn't like: I asked for a quiet room and was placed right next to the elevators. My Wifi connection was ok, but not great. The workout room has no air conditioning or fan and no cleaner or cloths to wipe off the equipment. Would not stay here on business again. Lots of problems with tv cable box, no phone book in the room. I booked a king room but when I arrived I had a room with 2 queen beds. Elevators were very creaky. Its facilities are a little old. Room was not very clean. Bedding had visible stains. Towels had stains also. The coffee pot in my room was so filthy you couldn't boil water for tea with it. The hotel was ridiculously overpriced ($300 for a room less impressive than rooms I pay $140-180 within a block of this hotel). The room was dingy, the blankets were ancient and musty, the towels were threadbare. They were doing construction and the whole floor stank like paint. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. In truth, this hotel saw its day many years ago and the owner's have not bothered to reinvest much in maintaining standards. Time for the Comfort Inn chain to disown this one. The hotel itself seemed to be run down and overall cleanliness was poor. The room was regular priced at 169.00 which is high for what we got. Airconditioning in the room was broken on a 90+ degree day. Elevators are in dire need of maintenance, they are very slow and jerky. Only one entrance to hotel in front with parking in back. No wonder why the two baggage carts have wobbly wheels. I stayed in hotel when i woke up in the morning i found my body was all red due to bed bugs or something else i dont know Worst thing was when i spoke to receptionist while i was checking out he dont even say sorry or something his words was realy and thats it it was shoking to me well i will find better place next time. Staff was as not very friendly. Almost to the point we were interrupting and bothering them. The second day, they forgot to put towels into the bathroom. Told them in the afternoon and then again in the evening. Finally we got them late in the evening.l. Poor maintenance, lack of towels, could be cleaner. There was rips in the bedspread. No light bulb in the desk lamp, no clock, some of the towels had burn marks on them, stains on the sheets. Over priced. Very unclean, saw a mouse run from one room to another. Staff not overly friendly. Checked out after 1 night was booked for 4. What a mess. They do not vacuum, interesting yellow stains on bath towels, front desk rude. Learned lesson, will not be back. everything. Not clean, very uncomfortable for this reason, would not recommend this stay unless hygiene is greatly improved. Elevators need repair also. They also add a safe and warranty charge but never inform you that there is a safe in rooms, Just an added expense for nothing.
