The person at the desk was extremely helpful as it was the first visit to Calgary. He gave me the number of a dependent cab company. He also printed out directions and a map for me to get to my appointment. Was given information about the rapid train system. Motel village is the place to stay, if you have a car, van or bigger ... The Village is very easy to find a lot of services nearby The room is spacious, furnished with fridge etc Good Wifi.
所有评语 » It was very clean. They were able to give us adjoining rooms which we had requested as there were five of us meeting in Calgary. Check in and out was fast and easy. The man at the desk was very nice. Room was nice and clean. A basic no surprise older bargain chain motel. It was fine, basic accomadation at a good price. Upgraded to a suite. Very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I found the staff friendly and the accomodations pleasant and comfortable. Helpful staff. Close to Univ of Calgary. Modest but free breakfast. Location close to Foothills Hospital and access to Banff highway. The front staff were very good. the rooms were very clean. Close to the train station transport to town was easy. Location, close to restaurants and shopping. Nice people and good breakfast. Not much...close to Domino's pizza. Mostly Quite. Although the Hotel was good value for the money. I feel that the facility needed some updating. It did smell a little - we thought maybe from cleaning the rugs? Needed airing out. The ladies panties on our door nob wasn't a great thing to wake up to. We heard a few prostitutes through out the night. As well parking was awful. The breakfast is very weak. After looking it over day one I went elsewhere for breakfast the remainder of my stay. No iron in room. No complaints. No Microwaves in some rooms. the fan noise is rediculios loud when you use bathroom and its on the whole time while the light is on. Customer service could do with alot of improving Simple things like coffee shouldnt be on sale Extra 10pounds a night for an additional visitor in a new superking size bed is redykulass. Thin walls, not sound deadening. Our first night the family in the next room decided to get together at 11:30. You could hear their conversation and laughter. The next night the couple next door were making passionate love. We could hear the bed squeak, the female ask for more, and it went on and on and on and on. Not a pleasant experience. It even woke up my husband, who sleeps through everything, thinking he heard a child crying. Shower nozzle dribbled when showering and hit the tub filler, splashing out onto the floor. some other guests were inconsiderate and partied till 4:30 am. I lost 3 hrs of sleep. the washbasin tap leaked all over whenever I cracked it open. the heat was not very good on a cold night. No offer of partial reimbursement for the night. Rude staff, closed breakfast early, room dirty, terrible parking,. A/C Broke down. Rooms were old looking. Fixtures were adequate at best.
