They seem to know everything about La Paz. We asked where the nearest lavanderia was and they plotted it on a map. When we discovered it was closed, they instantly plotted two more for us. They also speak excellent English. Restaurant has a solid buffet and good hours. Private taxi service waiting for you. I really like this hotel.

  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus.   The service was excellent! My friend fainted in our room shortly after arriving. I called for help and one of the staff ran up 5 flights of stairs (there is a perfectly functional elevator) and offered to call a doctor. He came back 5 min later with coca tea and bottled water. The hotel is connected to a travel agency, through which we could get a bus to Copacabana, boarding right in front of the hotel.
