Room service was affordable by US stds (expensive by La Paz stds). Good internet strength. Nice balcony in some rooms. Good breakfast served until 10:30am and included in room rate. N

I have stayed there twice and am always so impressed with the staff. They seem to know everything about La Paz. We asked where the nearest lavanderia was and they plotted it on a map. When we discovered it was closed, they instantly plotted two more for us. They also speak excellent English.
Restaurant has a solid buffet and good hours.

Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. The service was excellent! My friend fainted in our room shortly after arriving. I called for help and one of the staff ran up 5 flights of stairs (there is a perfectly functional elevator) and offered to call a doctor. He came back 5 min later with coca tea and bottled water.

Perfect location, on Sagarnaga street and very near the pedestrian Calle Linares. Two computers available in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is connected to a travel agency, through which we could get a bus to Copacabana, boarding right in front of the hotel.
