They seem to know everything about La Paz. We asked where the nearest lavanderia was and they plotted it on a map. When we discovered it was closed, they instantly plotted two more for us. They also speak excellent English. Restaurant has a solid buffet and good hours. Private taxi service waiting for you. I really like this hotel.

  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus.   Everything! A beautiful, clean and very modern hotel in a chaotic city... Just what we needed after two weeks in slightly dodgy hotels in peru and bolivia! The rooms are big, beds extremely comfortable, shower huge and great water pressure, everything clean. This place is a haven - if we ever go back to La Paz we'll definitely be staying here. Plus the staff go out of their way to help you, especially the doorman who is quite possibly the friendliest guy you'll ever mee - Clean, modern, with an amazing view and super helpful staff. We had a few hours after check out prior to heading to the airport and the staff arranged free movie tickets for the cinema downstairs. While a little bit out of the centre, the location is fantastic, near embassies and other government buildings, so very safe.

  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we were provided a free oxigen bottle when requested to aid with altitude sickness. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the hotel accepted special requests (like cleaning the room with no cleaning products or solvents).   Everything was great. The house is very beautiful,and rooms are spacious,comfortable and have heating. You can call the host any moment and she will be eager to help you with everything.
