  The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming.   Tony was an excellent host and very tollerant of our screaming toddler. He made us feel so welcome and like part of the family. Jackie enabled us to gain access to the room prior to the normal check in time as we had driven from Perth to attend a family funeral.
