The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming. Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.

Free pancakes every morning and the communal dinner on Sunday evenings. Nice comfortable bed in my single room. It's not the 'party hostel' so easy to sleep at night. Nice friendly staff and other people staying there. Lovely cats & dog. -

Tony was an excellent host and very tollerant of our screaming toddler. He made us feel so welcome and like part of the family.
Having the horses and cat kept the toddler occupied and gave us time to relax and

We booked in for Saturday 13 April 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our brilliant one night stay. The whole experience was delightful and my mother visiting from New Zealand was genuinely excited about her new experience in Margaret River. This cottage was spacious, clean and so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage & it was a great base to go sightseeing or just to head to the beach or into Geraldton. The booklet with tourist information on what you could do in the area was fantastic & helped us to plan our trip & where to go for dinner etc.. Thoroughly

The guest house was located close to Marine Terrace and a number of restaurants. Jackie enabled us to gain access to the room prior to the normal check in time as we had driven from Perth to attend a family funeral.
The guest house was lovely with its polished floor boards and decor. Although there was no reception access to the room was simple.
Great value for money!!

The location is great. We stayed in the beach villas, with a balcony right on the beach... the only room type to book in my opinion (if you stay in the garden villas, other review comments apply about the "caravan park like setting"). But the beach villas were nice, dolphin viewing great - I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless you have a very tight budget)
