We found the managers very helpful. On the second night of our stay 6 tiles fell off in the shower and nearly caused some personal damage. They were very helpful and offered us to change rooms. As we were exhausted from skiing all day we declined but the room next door was vacant so for safety reasons we utilised that shower. We were very apprecia

The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a flat battery one of the mornings and the owner helped us jump start the car and we still got up the mountain for first lifts! The breakfast was great and staff were happy to put on whatever sport we wanted to watch on the big screen in the bar.
