  Great location, less than 5 minutes from lovely beach, and next door to Albany Golf Club - nice course and good value. The Beach House is family owned and run, and they were all really friendly and helpful with recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. Would stay again if - The owners were away, their parents were looking after the place. They were lovely, but looked a bit out of their depth at times! Breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and it was very quiet. A vehicle is obviously a must have, but the location right by the beach is beautiful. A bit confusing when arriving as we were unaware that it is actually in a residential neighbourhood, a golf course community.
