The hotel staff greeting were very friendly, welcoming and super organised. We had to park a large vehicle and they were helpful and it wasn't a problem at all. The rooms were decorated lovely and really clean, no funny smells that you sometimes get with cleaning products. Suprised at the quality for this price. Very clean and comfortable rooms. As this hotel seems to cater mainly for the business traveller, we got a brilliant rate (online) for a Saturday night which was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
所有评语 » The staff were friendly and efficient and helpful. Good Facilliates ... but if the price was more than what I paid ...which was on a low period I wouldn't stay there. Modern and beautifully furnished unit. Good housekeeping. Lovely helpful management. Very friendly. Quiet. The rooms were really nicely done. Felt clean - almost like there had been no one there before me. I was only there for one night, but it was a well deserved rest. Loved the Queen size bed room very clean. Comfortable, clean and contemporary. Central. Stayed here as was convenient to be close to family members at a very sad time for our family. It was clean and comfortable. We only slept there and had breakfast, again due to convenience. If you are just travelling through this area of act and Queanbeyan then this is an ok place to sleep. All facilities well appointed Very clean and tidy Loved tea making facility Air conditioning could be improved. furniture tv and being upstairs after requesting from unfriendly staff. comfy bed clean. Nothing not to like. That the restraunt wasn't open and had nothing on this website saying that it was going to be over that period. The pool - Wasn't in service ... but being fair that was out of their control - And after having a talk to the owner - In regards to the restraunt it makes sense not to have it opened ... but I wouldn't have stayed there if I had known. No negatives. The only criticism I have is that there was no light/skim milk with breakfast. Minor issue though. I was looking forward to using the sauna and come to find out it was so very small and claustrophobic. But still useful. Pillows. Arrived late exhausted after travelling from the usa to Sydney, and then drove to Canberra, then to go to the hospital in Canberra. The staff had no record of our booking through letsbookhotel.com. I couldn't believe it. Fortunately there were rooms available and they accommodated us. I thought the price was a bit too high for the benefit of staying there. Bit too close to road and therefore occasional traffic noise Air conditioner took sometime to heat room. unfriendly staff very dusty bed linen and one of the worst meals in restaurant the veal was like rubber.(should have sent it back) Over all very disappointing should not be rated 4 star.is there a nice place to stay in Canberra???. very noisy location heater didn't work lots of fittings in need of repair.
