very pleasant stay over 2 nights after interstate drive, staff was awesome and location was excellent, walking distance to shops and lovely park right over road. While the motel looks modest from the outside, the rooms were very clean & well equipped, with very good bathrooms & towels. Good value for money. I like the fact that the rooms have a microwave in them. It is very convenient to walk from the station as I travel by train.

I will recommend for friends, good value and great staff. near to all the facilities. value for money. Quiet location. The Manager was a very nice man who manages the Motel.He needs a pay increase. The bed was good. The price was fair for the standard of accomodation. Locality,quietness,service,breakfast all good.Cost was reasonable. the sun coming through window, plenty of coffee and tea and milk. Comfortable, not far to shopping area. Good value. it was quiet and reasonably priced. It was comfortable. Nice guy runs it. Convenience. convenience. location. Manager willing to move us to better rooms (2) First allocations were the worst rooms we have ever encountered, even he agreed. Price. Half the price of other local motels. Quite. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Friendly Manager. It was in a great location. nothing. The bed in the room in which I stayed was a little too firm for my preference. nothing. The Air conditioner needs a good repair or replacing,we were always awaken by the sudden stop and start of the system.Can you do something about it soon.And there was no wifi from my room,had to go out and search for it and was not successful.Under the bed was dusty and it needs a good vacum so that others don't go back home with a stuffy nose and go on ANTIBIOTICS,which we did.Clean up the rooms please ASAP.There was no SPA as Promised?????.Any Refund???????. The place is being slowly renovated. Bathroom incomplete, fan did not work, re-painting in progress, outside surrounds disgusting. Should only be 2 star classification. As we had a toaster in the room we couldn't understand pre-cooked toast at breakfast. Globe in light between beds flickered on/off during the night despite being turned off. Faulty wiring perhaps. the dust under the double bed and found a coin and half bottle full mineral water. Made me feel sick, sorry . no feeling of hospitality. Bed mattress was terrible, you had to boil the jug in the bathroom sink...dangerous, back windows would not open or shut as winders were broken, tea, coffee & sugar supplied but 2 pkts of biscuits would have been a nice feature, most hotels do that. Blanket was very thick & not nice, 2 thinner ones would have been more appropriate. The sheets were not new. Poor heating in room. Run down appearance. mattress needed changing badly{ very old} the whole place is in need of a serious makeover some work already started. The first rooms we were allocated were absolutely dreadful, backpackers would have been 100% better, We understan that the motel is due a makeover, ok but it would be better to not use rooms as some of them are at present. Old, run down, few amenities, back street. The plumbing in the bathroom was faulty with a very unpleasant stench coming from the room into the bedroom. While clean the room was basic and overpriced for what was offered. Cleanliness of room. Mouldy chocolate and wrapper under bed.Power points and fittings worn and dated. Powerboard for fridge and kettle dangerously located. Air conditioner extremely noisy. The room smelled of mould when you opened the door. The heater did not work and when told staff did nothing. no foxtel.no exhaust fan in bathroom. noisy. no hair dryer and the lounge was one of those fold down metal framed divan which had seen much better days and was highly uncomfortable to even sit on,also tried to pay breakfast bill before we left at 10 past 8 on the sunday morning and couldn't get anyone to answer the bell when they were supposed to be attended at 8 am so had to shove the payment under the door and hope for the best.and the grounds were untidy. No foxtel.... No footy. Air conditioner was so noisy you could not hear TV.Impossable to sleep with it on.
