  The Lakeside Holiday apartment was very nice. The owner/manager was very helpful. The apartment had a nice view of the lake and was very close to the beach and a reasonable walk to the center of town.   all the facilities needed were there. It was very clean and plenty of room as we had another couple who needed the second bedroom - The price, the unit had everything that was needed, location was perfect, quiet but only a short walk to the town.

  The owners where wonderful people, made you feel very welcome. The spot was tremendous, right opposite the beach. Had a fantastic lawn area outside your door for young kids to run around and be safe. Only minutes walk from both beaches and from all shops in the main street.   Apartment was spacious and had a nice small garden area at the back with large table/chairs and umbrella. Pool really nice and needed as weather very hot. Would be suitable for a family stay as kitchen well fitted for own catering. Fifteen/twenty minute walk into town with plenty of shopping choices, coffee shops and restaurants. He called me by my first name whenever he greeted me, and - Seashells Apartments is a regular choice of ours when visiting Merimbula. It's ideal for families with bright comfortable rooms and lovely well maintained gardens. Staff are always happy to help and make you feel very welcome. The location is also great being situated between both the beach and lake.

  Excellent value for money. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a separate living area so we were able to put our bub and toddler to bed without the distraction of us wandering around or watching TV.   When we arrived we had the most friendly welcome by the happiest lady, she was just a lovely, helpful person from when we checked in to when we checked out, and she is a great animal lover as well. There was plenty of wildlife in the backyard.A beautiful place to stay,the owners do a great job, we would definately go back there. The host (I wish I remembered her name) was so lovely and omg! all the animals and birds that came for a visit and a feed! Quite amazing! I would definitely stay at the Kingfisher again :)
