The Lakeside Holiday apartment was very nice. The owner/manager was very helpful. The apartment had a nice view of the lake and was very close to the beach and a reasonable walk to the center of town. I would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Merimbula. Wonderful welcome from Matt Great position and lovely view over the lake ( when it wasn't raining) Very well appointed and comfortable unit especially the kitchen and spotlessly clean Highly recommend these units.
所有评语 » Two bedroom units have a great layout for families, ease of access, covered parking, superbly maintained grounds, well set up BBQ facilities, nice pool, great rates and super-friendly hosts. Loved the apartment with a lovely view of the lake, everything was spot on , we travelled with my sister so there was 3 of us the. We would defiantly stay there again with no hesitation. Easy walk to main shopping precinct & beach just around the corner. Studio Room was perfect for one. Manager was a wealth of local knowledge & happy to help with any queries. The cleanliness and the smell of the room when you walked in, the grounds where well presented and kept very neat. A great place to stay we will be back again. Great location and well maintained, comfortable and well appointed Appartments. Great staff and great value. One of the best of its kind I have stayed in. the room overlooking stunning water views, the bird life in serene surrounds..and oh those fabulous fresh local oysters just 5 minutes from the units!. I loved that it was so clean, neat and tidy. The location was quiet and only a 2km walk into town over the bridge. The facilities were also great. Was cheap accommodation, exactly what we needed - separate bedroom, laundry facilities and kitchen. The owner, Matt, was really friendly. Host, Matt was fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay, location was great and unit had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Value for money, particularly after two previous inferior properties which cost a lot more. Appreciated well equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff great location kid friendly close to great beaches lots to do or beautiful place to just relax. The friendly service, pool and views. Location and grounds. The excellent views. The veiw. We had a studio, which was OK for two people, but it was rather small. The rain. That we couldn't stay longer! :-). RAIN ! travelled from Sydney Left there Sun morning pored on rain which followed us all the way to Merimbula , next day RAIN all day all night , such a shame we left 1 day early with rain all the way to Melb. Having to come home!!. Minor details - The bed was quite hard, and the couches in the lounge room were quite soft. nothing. Privacy felt a bit compromised because of the large windows directly facing other guests' recreation area. The weather on our first day. The lights, especially in the kitchen were too dim. Needs a fluro. Would have been nice to be able to lock the fly screen at night to let the air through but was not lockable. Would have liked more than 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days. Had to keep on asking for more. Pillows were a bit hard!. Everything. That we could only stay one night !. Guesses have to do part of the cleaner's job such as remove the rubbish bags and put in the bin outside the apartments. Nothing. Bed uncomfortable. We didn't have air conditioning it was quite hot in the room. No tv in bedroomo.
